Class of 1950 met Friday, May 12, in school library with greetings by Steering Committee members and welcome by Peter O’Hare, Principal

A tour of school started at 7:50 p.m., led Mr. O’Hare and Dr. Stepura

Welcome in auditorium with Warren Braren, 50th Reunion Chairman; Dr. Richard Stepura, Superintendent; Art Suriano, Board of Education President at 8:10 p.m.

Presentation by Communications students and screening of 30 minute video program of 1950 class members followed by three scholarship awards presented by Thomas Mason.

Presentation by Journalism students and distribution of special Pilot’s Log issue on the Class of 1950 followed by three scholarship awards presented by John and Carol Cortese.

Presentation by Yearbook students and viewing of pages on the Class of 1950 appearing in the Class of 2000 Yearbook followed by five scholarship awards presented by Sally Herkert Ciocci and Estrella Polst Hackel.

Two music scholarship awards presented by Donald Pyle and Warren Braren.
