Summer Rock Concert

A free Summer Rock Concert was held Friday at 7 p.m. on June 21 at the Depken Athletic Field and featured three live bands: "maybe pete, booty olympics and simply shania".   

"maybe pete" : Frankie McGrath vocals, guitar (formerly of Heights); Kelly McGrath guitar, vocals and Marc Gambino, bass, vocals (Heights resident).

"booty olympics": Palmyra Delran, drums; Betsy Todd, vocals, bass (formerly from Heights) and Mitzi Dodge, guitar, vocals.

"simply shania": Valerie, vocals; Buddy, bass; David, lead guitar; Joel, drums and  Ian, keys.

Public was welcomed. Lawn seating on the field was permitted.  No packpacks or coolers were allowed.  Those under 12 were accompanied by an adult.   Refreshments and souvenirs were available. There was a 50/50 raffle. Sponsored by The Anti-Drug Council.  Donations were accepted to benefit HH Anti-Drug Council programs.   #####
