Beautifying The Boulevard

On May 15, 2004 volunteers gathered at Franklin Avenue & The Boulevard to begin planting flowers along The Boulevard.   Previously, the DPW had prepared the base of many trees in the business district for the boro-organized Boulevard planting.  All tools and plants were supplied.

Contributing to this events success were many community volunteers and organizations to include the Garden Club, school groups, Brownie Troop 467, etc.   The HH Chamber of Commerce, local businesses and Philip Hodulik of Scenic Gardens Landscape helped fund the project and organize the work.
